What’s Included

A weekend at Crawford Farm starts at $8500 and you will have access to the property from 9 am Friday to 12 pm Sunday. This includes:

  • Barn Rental with 2 Stunning Chandeliers, Twinkly Lights & Other Accent Lighting

  • Tables to Accommodate 150 Guests & Extra Tables for Catering, Gifts, etc..

  • Dance Floor with Lighting to Make Your First Dance Magical

  • A Parking Attendant to Help Out as Friends and Family Arrive
  • Ample Room & Power for DJ, Band, Food Truck and/or Catering of Your Choice

  • Getting Ready Room for Groom & Groomsmen

  • Don’t forget your marshmallows for s’mores around the fire pit!  One of our staff will get the fire going for you so you can sit back and enjoy time with friends and family the night before the wedding.

Also included is a two night stay in the 1832 farmhouse. There are four bedrooms (4 full size beds) along with two full bathrooms and a half bath. The kitchen is spacious and ready for your night before gathering or a Sunday brunch. The bride and bridesmaids will love the ladies salon as they have their hair and makeup done.

The staff at Crawford Farm is ready to welcome you with professionalism and knowledge of the area if you are coming from a distance. We do ask that you remove any decorations that you bring but we take care of laundry and trash. We are also happy to discuss any other needs you might have.

Microwedding Package

  • Up to 25 people, including the couple

  • Wednesday or Thursday evenings

  • Includes the following provided by our specific vendors on this team:
    • 5 hour use of venue (one hour to get dressed, 4 hours of fun)
    • Food:  charcuterie board or similar appetizers, 2 tier cake, champagne toast
    • Day of Coordinator:  timeline management, vendor coordination
    • Photography:  60 edited photographs
    • Music:  two 45-minute sets, acoustic and/or vocals
    • Floral:  bridal bouquet, boutonniere

  • We can easily customize this package for an additional fee, i.e. add a sit-down meal or wine, add more flowers, and/or add another musician to make up a duo or trio.

  • Price: $5,500

Single Day Package

  • Up to 150 guests

  • Use of the property from 9am to 11pm (last call, last dance at 9:30, clean up from 10 to 11pm to respect town noise ordinance)

  • Includes the following:
    • Use of the property from 9 am to 11 pm (last call, last dance at 9:30, clean up from 10 to 11pm to respect town noise ordinance)
    • Parking attendant
    • Tables and chairs
    • Clean, spacious portable restrooms
    • Point of contact for all vendors with great choices from our preferred vendor list
    • 1 hour the night before for rehearsal

  • Clean up team can be provided for additional fee of $400

  • Price: $6,000
