Our Single Day Package includes everything you need for a beautiful, stress-free celebration.

Access & Schedule

Enjoy full use of the property from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
(Last call and last dance at 9:30 pm, with cleanup from 10–11 pm to respect the town noise ordinance.)

Included Amenities:

  • Up to 130 guests

  • Includes the following:
    • Use of the farmhouse tables and chairs
    • Access to the farmhouse salon room and bedrooms to get ready
    • Kitchen access for a wedding day brunch or light refreshments
    • Use of any décor items from our closet that complement your theme
    • Tables and tablecloths for gifts, water stations, or additional setup
    • Two easels for your seating chart or welcome sign
    • Preferred vendor list to help guide your planning
    • Parking attendant to greet and direct guests
    • Friendly, professional event staff on-site throughout your event

A weekend at Crawford Farm starts at $8500. This includes:

  • Use of the barn, featuring two stunning chandeliers, twinkly lights, and accent lighting

  • Farmhouse tables and chairs to accommodate up to 130 guests, with extra tables for catering, gifts, or décor

  • Spacious dance floor with lighting to make your first dance magical

  • Access to the farmhouse, including:

    • Salon room for hair and makeup
    • Bedrooms for getting ready
    • Kitchen for a night-before gathering, wedding day brunch, or light refreshments
  • Use of any décor items from our on-site collection that complement your theme

  • Getting Ready Room for Groom & Groomsmen

  • Tables and tablecloths for gifts, water stations, or additional setup
  • Two easels for your seating chart or welcome sign
  • Clean, spacious portable restrooms for guests’ comfort

Friday Night Overnight Stay for Bridesmaids & The Bride

Also included is an overnight stay on Friday night in the historic 1832 farmhouse for up to 7 bridesmaids and the bride. There are four bedrooms (4 full size beds) along with two full bathrooms and a half bath. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for your night-before gathering, while the ladies salon provides a beautiful space for hair and makeup.

The staff at Crawford Farm is ready to welcome you with professionalism and knowledge of the area if you are coming from a distance. We do ask that you remove any decorations that you bring, but we take care of laundry and trash. We are also happy to discuss any other needs you might have.

Microwedding Package

  • Up to 25 people, including the couple

  • Wednesday or Thursday evenings

  • Includes the following provided by our specific vendors on this team:
    • 5 hour use of venue (one hour to get dressed, 4 hours of fun)
    • Food:  charcuterie board or similar appetizers, 2 tier cake, champagne toast
    • Day of Coordinator:  timeline management, vendor coordination
    • Photography:  60 edited photographs
    • Music:  two 45-minute sets, acoustic and/or vocals
    • Floral:  bridal bouquet, boutonniere
  • We can easily customize this package for an additional fee, i.e. add a sit-down meal or wine, add more flowers, and/or add another musician to make up a duo or trio.

  • Price: $5,500
