No. Our barn was built in 1830. We have carefully renovated the barn to reflect its history and authenticity. Our wedding season in the barn runs from late May to mid October. Microweddings, elopements, vow renewals, baby showers, bridal showers with guest counts of 30 or less can be held in the house, however, during the winter months.
Yes, we have an ADA compliant restroom in the barn. Our guests should be aware, however, that the barn floor is made of the original 200 year old planks and is not perfectly level.
We are able to seat up to 150 guests in the barn.
No, we have a fantastic list of proven, professional caterers that we can put you in touch with. They offer a wide range of menu options and price points for all event types!
For guest counts of 120 or more, a wedding planner is required. For guest counts of less than 120, Day of Coordination is required and is available in-house for an additional fee.
Yes, our farmhouse offers 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms for getting dressed and a salon for hair and makeup preparations. These are available for use with any of our wedding packages!
The Crawford Farm staff will take care of food trash and returnables. Our couples are asked to designate someone to collect all decorations brought in for their event by the end of the evening or, in some cases, by the next morning.
No, Because of the age & history of our barn and farmhouse, we do not allow open flames, glitter, or silly string.
Crawford Farm has a collection of gorgeous antique cut glass pieces, white porcelain dinnerware, glassware and white linen napkins that can be rented for a small fee.
No, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the barn or farmhouse. We do offer a clearly designated smoking area. All cigarette butts and vaping materials are required to be disposed of in the provided receptacle.

The Town of Warren has a noise ordinance so last call/dance is 9:45 and music is turned off at 10 pm. Our guests may continue to mingle and visit until 11 pm as personal décor is being packed up. Only 8 designated guests may be in the house after 11 pm. This is strictly enforced as per fire department requirements.
While we love our own pets and understand that some people may want to include them in their special day, we cannot allow pets on the property.
Yes, we have three outside sites and an arbor available for outdoor ceremonies! If weather arises, you can always have your ceremony in the center aisle of the barn under the chandeliers and twinkle lights.
No. We do provide a list of preferred vendors here that are familiar with the property. We are also happy to work with new vendors, as long as they’re properly insured!
